Wishlist: Seasonal Salads

While the East Coast is struggling with snow storms and cold weather, I'm pretty sure spring has definitely hit California. With all the all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ I've been doing recently, I think it's time to start the new season with some salads. Here are some yummy (and pretty) salads for each season. 

Spring - Strawberry Spinach Salad with Candied Pecans

Summer - Hearts of Palm and Pesto Salad

Summer - Apple and Artichoke Salad

Autumn - Baked Brussels Sprouts and Avocado

Winter - Pea Shoot, Orange, Watermelon Radish and Bonito Salad
