Apples are one of my favorite fall foods. There are so many uses for them, that I rarely find myself eating an apple plain. I've always loved different types of apple chips as a healthy snack through the day. Making my own took no time at all - and they last for a day or two afterwards in an airtight container. Although Halloween is not my most favorite holiday of the year (it always seems to stand between me and my Christmas music & decorations), I always get a small pumpkin every year to decorate. To try something new, this year, I experimented with some fabric stickers I had laying around. I think it turned out super cute - I'm definitely keeping it past Halloween to serve as fall decor.
