One of my breakfast must-haves is granola. Granola packed with nutrients and fiber, a healthy way to start off your day. I love throwing a handful into a bowl of Greek yogurt with some berries. Of course, homemade granola makes it so much better, giving you the ability to add as many add-ins as you like to change things up during the week.
This basic granola tastes amazing on its own, or with some dried fruit.
Adding sliced nuts gives the granola a lighter and crunchier texture.
Who says pumpkin can only be used for fall snacks? I love the idea of adding pumpkin pie spice to granola!
Blueberry and walnut is a great combination for an healthy but yummy breakfast.
For an on-the-go treat, granola can easily be made into bars.
Be sure to store your granola in an airtight container or Ziploc bag to keep it fresh and crunchy.
