During winter, sweets - namely peppermint white chocolate mochas and lava cakes - are my comfort foods. Now, though, I'm beginning to turn to fresher and crisper tastes, but I don't think I'm ready to give up sweets just yet. As a healthy source of sugar, fruits are a great transition into the warmer weather.
