For smaller DIY projects such as hair bows or home accessories, I like to buy fabric online, primarily on Etsy. It's definitely pricier than fabric stores such as Jo-Ann's, but there are so many more patterns and designs that are just so cute! Since each project requires very little fabric, I usually buy swatches or 1/4yds, which are very affordable.
