Let's get straight to the point - I got a new sewing machine! YAY!
I've been using an old Brother machine my mom had purchased in the early 90's. When I started having needle and bobbin problems, I realized that most of the parts needed replacing, and the machine needed repairing. Instead of spending quite a bit of money on repairs, I decided to indulge myself and purchase a new, computerized machine.

Instead of spending quite a bit of money on repairs, I decided to indulge myself and purchase a new, computerized machine.
I purchased the Brother CS6000i off Amazon.. I've heard nothing but good things about this machine. It's great for beginners through advanced sewers - it's easy to use, portable, and helps corrects mistakes with it's preset stitches. The machine also comes with an oversized table and a walking foot (which I'm super excited about!).
Now I'm off to find more sewing projects so that I can try out my new machine!
